Building Efficiency starts the moment you draft the blueprints for your new home. Here at MJM we’ll work with you to make sure that your building plans and the construction of your new home will deliver the comfort and savings you want.

Our partnership with Sustainable Housing allows us to determine the energy efficiency of your future home, it’s actual Energuide rating, what we can do to maximize its performance and exactly what rebates you could be eligible for.

After these important steps are taken and you select the improvements you want, we’ll finalize a quote and get to work at the proper stage of construction.

Finally, once your home is finished, we’ll have Sustainable Housing visit to do a post build assessment ensuring that your improvements meet your desired energy rating.

We’ll be there every step of the way – from drafting your blueprints, to the build process and the moment you first walk through the door of your completed home.
