The Emera Oval Pavillion: The Emera Oval is a large ice skating surface the size of three NHL hockey rinks located on the Halifax Commons. It is open to the public for use year round, used by ice skaters during the winter months, and by runners, and cyclists in the summer months. Originally built for the 2011 Canada Games, the oval was preserved in the Halifax Commons for public use.

RBC Waterside Centre: The RBC Waterside Centre is a nine-story retail and office building surrounded by the reconstructed facades of Halifax Heritage buildings at the ground level. The structure is insulated with Icynene® MD-C-200® closed-cell spray foam insulation with special attention paid insulating the inside of the historic facades. The RBC Waterside Centre achieved LEED® GOLD Certification in February 2016. MJM Energy was awarded Icynene’s Best Commercial Retrofit Project of 2013.

EON Square: EON Square is 50-acre plot of land on Innovation Drive that includes the former BlackBerry site between Highway 102 and Hammond’s Plains Road. With a number of spaces being created for many purposes some of which include, six or seven LEED® Gold Certified free standing office buildings, a business class hotel, retail spaces, dining, and much more. To acheive the goal of LEED® Gold Certified, MJM has applied spray foam as part of the building envelope requirments.

DND DRDC Atlantic Research Centre: The Defence Research and Development Canada Atlantic Research Centre conducts research and development in support of operations acquisitions, maintenance and requirements planning by Canada’s Navy and Air Force. This facility accommodates laboratories, seminar rooms, secure discussion rooms, shielded computer areas, and a new mechanical prototyping (heavy engineering) lab. With MJM Energy’s application of Spray Foam, among other sustainable construction choices, this building is seeking LEED® Silver Certification.
